You're here because you know it can’t go on like this
You remember when conversations didn’t turn into arguments. When closeness felt natural. When you felt chosen, understood, and secure with each other.
Now it feels different. There’s tension in the room, sometimes there’s distance. You’re starting to notice resentment that lingers long after the fight is over.
Maybe you’re exhausted from repeating the same cycle. Maybe trust has been shaken. Maybe you’re questioning whether this relationship can survive what’s happened.
You don’t want to keep living this way. And you don’t want to give up without knowing you tried.
You’re in the right place.
How I work
Long-term relationships can be fun, sexy, and stable.
At the core of my approach is a simple belief: long-term relationships can be passionate and stable at the same time.
I work with individuals and couples who want more than just “less conflict” or coexistence. They want a relationship that feels connected, honest, and alive.
In our work together, we focus on what actually changes relationships. We identify the patterns that keep you stuck, and we slow down the conversations that escalate. We rebuild trust in ways that are concrete and sustainable, not performative.
My training in couples therapy, sex therapy, and trauma-informed care allows me to hold both partners with steadiness. I don’t take sides and I won’t shame. What I offer is structure, emotional depth, and help in finding a path forward.
I know how easy it is for good people to get lost inside demanding lives and complicated seasons. But long-term love doesn’t unravel because you’re incapable. It shifts when important parts of the relationship go unattended for too long.
Fun, sexy, and stable isn’t unrealistic- it just requires attention and care. And I’m here to guide you.
HEre’s what I believe about therapy:
You’re the expert in your own life
You know the texture of your relationship better than anyone. You know what hurts and what you miss.
My role is not to override your instincts or tell you how your story should unfold. It’s to ask the right questions, help you see patterns you may be too close to notice, and offer tools that make real change possible.
We build from your lived experience, not from assumptions.
I work for you
Therapy is an investment. It takes time, energy, and money. I don’t take that lightly.
You deserve focused, thoughtful work that moves you forward. I use evidence-based approaches because structure matters, especially when emotions are running high. At the same time, I stay attuned to you as a person, not just “a case”.
This is collaborative, and we adjust as we go.
While this is hard work, it can also be fun
Healing isn’t sterile and it isn’t all heavy.
We’ll talk about the hard things and learn to sit with discomfort when it’s necessary. But there’s also room for humor, relief, and moments that bring you back to yourself. Growth can feel grounding…it can even feel hopeful.
